For this, I took the data from the database in the initial content of the input box. Still, when the user types something in that input box, the initial content does not show in the input box, so is there any other option for this, along with the data in the input box? I can also type. Please help me to find the solution

you can do Event > Do when the multiline input is focused
Action > reset inputs or put the multiline input to the group and Reset group action
