If the rich text input (legacy) is inside a pop-up and the button that triggers this pop-up is at the bottom of the screen, some features of this element do not work.
If you’ve done something like this before, it might be a good idea to look back.
The bad news is that this input is no longer supported. You should replace it with a new one.
