Maybe you can help me find a solution. I can’t export my DB when I am on the database page. I have this kind of error on Sendgrid.
550 5.7.1 Email rejected per DMARC policy for bubble.io
or
550 5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from bubble.io is not accepted due to domain’s DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of bubble.io domain if this was a legitimate mail. Of course, the domain authentication has already been done, it sends emails every day, but it seems that the CSV causes a problem. I don’t know how to solve that.
Edit: I saw that the emails are sent from bubble.io. I think this is why I get this issue.
I’m having this same issue. No problems with my last export on 12/26.
You might want to just write directly to support for this one.
You right. It was an issue on there side. Here is a part of their answer:
“We are working on a fix, meanwhile I just wanted to let you know that all your files are indeed properly exported and at your disposal in the File Manager for the editor. The bulk export may generate, then clean up some temporary files that end in numbers (my_export.csv.part.1 …) but at the end of the export you should be left with a single file “my_export.csv” which you can download from the editor as well.”
By the way, I didn’t know it was on the file manager, so I was still able to get my export.
