Improve loading speed hero video

Hey,

I’ve found this way to implement a hero video:

Do you guys have any recommendations on how to improve the loading speed of the video? Even though I crunched the video down a lot it still loads slower then bigger files (videos) on other websites. Is there anything concerning hosting, video quality, settings in Bubble that would improve the loading time? Thank you in advance!
