In Logs for all Unique IDs make them clickable - OR at the Very Least, make it possible to copy data

In logs there are often searches shown as lookup followed by unique ID of the thing…these should be made clickable and make it so it opens the app data for that specific entry…OR at the very least, make the logs data selectable and enable copying so we could at least copy and past the unique ID into app data ourselves.

Unlikely…probably part of a 2026 overhaul of the Logs system as a whole
