# Incredibly slow image retrieval from bubble's S3 AWS

Is anyone experiencing this recently? My app was working fine yesterday but now image retrievals stored on Bubble’s database is loading incredibily slow (4mb image takes around 5 minutes to fully load) - I’m based near Singapore.
