Does bubble offer hosting in the Starter Pack?

Bubble only offer hosted app. All plans. The only difference, is with ā€œenterpriseā€ plan that offert a dedicated instance.

we are launching a software that connect Employer and people who are lookingfor a jobā€¦so what do you think the cost of Launching the app would be

Thereā€™s a part on Bubble hands but privacy rules is the most important thing.

Cannot give you a cost for launching app because thereā€™s a lot of thing to consider. If you build it yourself, this is more a question of time. You can launch with a starter plan, but may consider scaling to a higher plan according to how many users you get and workload units you use.

You will probably use the starter plan. Start with the free one and if you need a feature on the starter plan or mode DB items, move to starter plan.
