Input does not sending data to database

In a form I’m having a problem with “Address” input. I’ve connected the input to fuzzy search with allcountry plugin and so the input will have autocomplete, so when the user starts to type his city its autocomplete his city name. since I’ve connected the Fuzzysearch the input doesn’t recognize the address anddo no sending it to the “address” field in the database. it acts like the field is empty even tho it has the address inside. it doesn’t even let me send the form because it says that the address field is empty (and I’ve checked the input shouldn’t be empty)… its like because of the autocomplete it stopped recognize the text! help?
