On the Input Information screen I have a lot of fields, in order to facilitate the self-definition of the link between the database fields divided the definition of data preparation to 4 steps.

As a result, I have 4 separate entries in the database,

What is your advice on how to handle a lot of details in one form ?

How to divide into 4 databases and keep the connection between them ?

Please share a screenshot of the UI you are using and what the data types do that relate them to each other or not. I am not sure what is the input info screen and what you mean with self definition of the link.
