Input reset Issue when Deploy Live

Can someone please help me

i have input a filer which is set to reset once processed and it works fine under development mode but when i deploy the website live the input does reset after the workflow it hold the previous input value.

however, it works fine under development mode the problem is only in live mode. which seems really weird.

Can someone please help if you know what i may be doing Worng
