Hey guys, I’m wanting to know if you can point me in the direction on “How to” build a bubble app that can be used to check if a Instagram user has liked and commented on your post before opening your special link which you would have on a post (Locked) to create virility?

Look into the Instagram API. Disclaimer: I know nothing about it, i just googled it. but if you can get an access to the API and they have allow you to get info about comments, it might work.
