Hello, everyone! I was just browsing and came upon this website.

ScrollMagic

The javascript library for magical scroll interactions. ScrollMagic helps you to easily react to the user's current scroll position.

How do I make this work with my bubble apps? (Also check out their examples! These could be really helpful in making an interactive website.)
Could someone maybe make a free plugin for this? Or maybe use the HTML element?

I made a plugin with the same library with your examples. It doesn’t have advanced features exactly as you want. It can only play videos. And it’s not free. I still link if you want to browse. In the following process, I can work to make an add-on as advanced as its examples.
