I have a form with the inputs: Name, email, phone.

When I add a name already registered, I want that in the input phone (for which I am using the plugin “International phone input") I get the phone number already created.
I am not a developer :frowning: please help.

Should work with a conditional value set on the Phone field.

If Input Name is not empty, Initial Content = Search for User (Name=Input Name’s Value):first item: Phone

Nope, It gives me some of those options to use in the conditional. I think I definitely can’t work with that Plugin because it doesn’t accept the formatting I need.
