Introducing Jobsis.net

After 4 months of work, i want to introduce you the public beta of Jobsis, a public, ad free, and privacy focused platform for job seekers. A web solution that allow to organizations to create job offers and evaluations, in order to automate their selection processes.

Jobsis will serve for Human Resource units, consultants, recruiters, psychologyst, etc, to create three types of evaluations Dichotomous scales (True/False, Yes/No), Development questions, and Likert scales (Frecuencies, agreement, etc.), in order to put them in their Job offers. This will allow to organizations to automatize about a 60% and 70% of their selection process.

For Job seekers, Jobsis will represent a chance of a fair application, receiving their results and watching their job application status.

Benefits

FOR JOB SEEKERS:

  • Integration; Equal possibility for recent graduates, people of different genres, nationalities, age, etc.
  • Private; Applicants will not expose / sell / display their information to networks like LinkedIn
  • Transparency: Job offers and selections can be public for all.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS:

  • Increased resources (time and money): due to a better selection, there is less labor, instability, less turnover, and less dropout.
  • Greater efficiency; Selection processes are faster and more effective
  • Impartiality: contracting processes are impartial, neutral, and consensual

By now, the platform it’s only avaible in Spanish.

Could you explain the rationale behind having a “share button” versus just making the various options that a viewer can use to share visible? Is this just adding an unnecessary step for the viewer to undertake

I did it having in count as much as “possible” Material Design, in fact i want to reach something like this in the mobile and desktop version:

However you right, in terms of steps it would be more easier for visitors. I’ll keep it mind
