Invoice PDF ERROR - showing 'Uh oh, it's gone'

Need Help, the received Invoice from bubble shows a broken webpage and NOT the actual Invoice.

The same Invoice is received:

  1. From the automated invoice we get via email
  2. When going into the UI and Billing → Invoices and downloading latest months’ invoice.

We have couple of bubble accounts and the same has been received for BOTH accounts.
Please help urgently, as we need the invoice to close our month-end activities. Ini addition, 1 July is a new Financial Year in Australia, so we need this to be able to start Year-End activities. Currently we are blocked due to this.

Sometimes the pdf generation can fail - submit a ticket to the support bot and they can help regenerate. We use SelectPDF and are looking into some more reliable tools to handle the invoice generation. Sorry about this!

So I’d email support@bubble.io or use the chatbot at Bubble Support Center to ask them to regenerate.

Hey all - I’ve tracked down the bug for this issue and and working on resolving the invoices and re-generating PDFs. If you have any of these 404 invoices, you should see them self-resolve within 24-48 hours. Very sorry for the inconvenience here!
