iOS Private Key Validation Issue on Build

I tried to create my first build and i got an email saying that the private key is not valid. I loged into my Apple Store Connect and I revoked access to that key and created a new one, re-uploaded it and tried another build. I still got another email that the key is invalid again.

I have reached out to support and no one is responding to me for about 3 days now.
Has any one faced this issue? If you did what was the solution.

Thanks

This 5+ days, and support hasn’t said anything on this. Does anyone know anyway else to reach them, or tag them?

Support is definitely taking a while. I’m experiencing iOS build failures right now and haven’t heard from anyone for about that long. Could be just from the holidays here in the US.

Its really frustrating. Every single deadline we have has been destroyed because of support delays.
There is literally nothing i can do.

This may be fairly obvious, but does the Key ID match the Key ID of the new private key file you uploaded?

Thanks @nick.carroll for the response. I reached out to support and there hasn’t been any positive response yet. so i went ahead and Revoked access to the Key and created another one, then the build went through, but it didn’t showed up on the app store connect account. Its been over a week and still hasn’t showed up.

Yeah this is really strange, haven’t had this happen yet - but it sounds like its an issue with the API connection to your app store connect account. The good news is you can still manually upload the build file we send you via email as a new build in app store connect

Hello @nick.carroll , This is the support ticket for this

The support agent there (Eram) is really slowing us down with back and forth answers that are not helping at all.
