Is it a good idea to combine different apps in one Bubble project?

I’m building a suite of apps that are marketed under the same brand (much like Zoho), and I’m considering whether to keep them as separate Bubble projects or combine them into one unified project.

The idea behind combining them is to:

  • Save on costs (since each Bubble project adds up),
  • Reuse workflows, data types, and components more easily,
  • Simplify maintenance — at least while the apps are still small or medium-scale.

Has anyone here actually tried this?

Any pros/cons I should be aware of before committing either way?

Curious to hear your experiences or advice — thanks in advance!

I’d be curious if you expect the same users to be using the different tools - I can see it being helpful handling all user authentication in a single app - and making it easier to upsell as features to those users.

Yes! That would be one of the main benefits. My target users are similar across all tools.

Users can subscribe to one or more tools, as if they are separate.

I would organize the pages in each tool in folders, for organizational purpose, and also to make them appear like different apps.

My concern is whether there are any downsides I’m not seeing.

One possible downside is that I’ll be restricted to only one native mobile app, so if I’m launching on mobile, the tools also need to be under one mobile app.
