Is there a way to prevent bots from loading page & burning thru WU?

Nobody uses the live version of my site. not even me. Yet and still, im avg’ing over 100page views on live, and just got hit with a WU Spike email.

How do i fix this? im not accessing my app on live nearly as much as the stats seem to suggest.

i have no idea how to diagnose or fix, so im assuming its bots on my page. either that or ghosts.

moreover, im only loading in a handful of data. i find it odd that it takes up so much WU…

I would recommend reaching out to Bubble support, I think they can look into seeing exactly what traffic is causing the WU usage (i.e., is it a crawler, is it a ping monitor, etc)

Could just make your app private. Bubble isn’t best with SEO.

Put a popup with captcha before loading any of the page content…you’ll still have page load WUs but not all data etc.
