Is there any form/ multi-input function or should I just create many groups and inputs to create a form?

When you add an animal you fill certain info about the animal. I got to display the name of the animal but I cant figure out how to display the rest of the info (age, weight, character).

Any help?

How did you display the name of the animal? I am guessing you did a parent group’s animal’s name. The same way, you can use dynamic text to display the rest of the information
