Issue checker - random issues showing overnight

I like to keep a clean app. I always correct any red issues.

Last night I left the app clean and this evening I am alerted to issues that definitely weren’t there yesterday.

I have noticed it tends to be this type of issue:

Obviously I haven’t left the workflow like that or created an unnamed parameter.

Anyone else experienced this?

Having recently used the “Optimize app” in the settings to clear out a load of redundant elements, styles etc, it seems to have stopped this issue from occurring regularly. I presume it was a consequence of something once being there and being deleted.
