I’m trying to create a conditional statement so that when this group is clicked the group will change background and border colours.
Evaluator shows no problem so why is this still red?
From my own perspective you can actually do this using the property editor under “conditional tab”

okay the condition is incomplete there is still more steps that you need to include,
the correct “when” should be;
Get v from page URL is overview
This is because the par. you set to the page and want to make reference to is overview and not group overview

@kandeel.a1 you can change the type of data of that “Group Navlink (overview)” to “Text” and the datasource to “Overview”. So your condition would be “Get v from page URL is Group Navlink (overview) Text”.
You can also use the text value of “Group Navlink (overview)” in your go to action instead of hardcoding “Overview” in many places.

your suggestion was actually the first thing I tried. Thats what I originally thought it should be but it still raised the same issue.
Here is what that looks like and still raises the same issue. Im getting really frustated because it should be very obvious what the issue is. but I dont seem to understand why its not satisfying.
Youre trying to select the Text element instead of the group element. You should select the group element. Make the group element have a static text that you type into it. The static text value will be “Overview”. If youre still confused, keep sharing screenshot of your blocker so I can guide you.

i see! I needed to Define the thing or list of things that should be displayed in this container and the conditional needs to evaluate to the type of content specified in the data source. I understand now. Clearly I’m very new. I don’t know how to thank you. Thank you for you patience also.
