How are we supposed to handle situations were sensitive backend scheduled workflows (like billing operations) were set to be triggered at the time this downtimes occur? For example, a refund.

Generally these will run anyway, just delayed. For webhooks, if they’re not received, they’ll normally have retries so you still get it even if you miss the first.

In this case, I had scheduled workflows (lets call them original workflows) that were going to modify some data and schedule new workflows.

I just saw the original workflows disappear from the scheduler after this downtime. Also checked if they modified the data and/or scheduled the new workflows, neither occurred, so I guess they didn’t run in this case.

I was testing my new AI film generation app and my new film got stuck at 74% progress :

This is concerning, specially for refunds, charges and sensitive operations.

Any insights or suggestions from @fede.bubble or the Bubble team would be also greatly appreciated to prevent this in future scenarios and ensure stability for workflow execution.
