Recently, I’ve encountered an issue where users in my LIVE database suddenly can’t log in anymore. The error message they receive is: “We didn’t find an account with those login credentials.”

I’ve tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, clearing the cache, etc., but nothing seems to help.

I’m 100% certain that the username and password are entered correctly, and I’ve verified that the “Find users in searches” privacy rule is set to “everyone else.”

I found a couple of threads where others have experienced this issue for years, but no solid solution has been provided.

What could be causing this? Is it a known Bubble bug that others are also experiencing?
