Issues saving app, anyone?

Yes, it says I have weak connection(but my internet is fast). It also shows red “timeout” sign on top of the screen. This happened several times, continuously, today.

On development version. It shows red “timeout” sign on top of the screen, and error messages saying “issue saving your app”. This happened continuously.
