We found a few more issues, which we believe only affect bubble.io, not user apps. We are working on a fix for those as well; since they don’t affect user apps, we will roll them out to Scheduled and Dedicated tomorrow morning on our normal schedule

@josh Still having issues despite upgrading dedicated:

editor console errors and inability to deploy apps
also users still reporting issues with pages not loading, and if they do icons are impacted, plugins are not working.

This also affects Bubble logged out homepage.

Btw, just checked out this clown’s “awesome new plugin” and see the same bad behavior on Safari iOS. Bubble, you’ve got to fucking do better.

Predicting that everyone tomorrow wakes up to this problem…

+1 here. I’m getting reports from clients that they’re seeing this in their apps. It’s not happening on my end, so I can’t check the logs. Woof—what’s going on?

Bubble support has told me this issue is related to two big ISPs incorrectly flagging the main bubble CDN domain and blocking all requests to files served off it. This seems like a huge issue for any app with users on these ISPs

Here’s the response I received from support:

Hello!

Thank you for reaching out to Bubble for help with your application! My name is Roody, a member of Bubble’s Tier 2 Support team specializing in the Bubble ecosystem, and I will be here to assist you.

Our engineering team confirmed that some Internet Service Providers and Antivirus Sheilds are flagging specific Bubble root URLs as malicious, which is preventing assets stored on those URLs (ie. Material Icons and certain custom fonts) from loading properly. Although we’ve deployed a fix to update the domain used for Icons on user apps, certain ISPs, Spectrum and Comcast for example, have continued to block all references to cdn.bubble.io. Our engineering team is doing their best to implement remediative measures and may not have a fix to deploy immediately.

That said, it would be a massive help if you or your users could help us submit unblock requests to your/their ISPs for the impacted Bubble URLs. (For example, here’s the Unblock Website form for Spectrum.) In addition, any knowledge regarding impacted ISPs would be helpful!

I sincerely apologize for the limited action I’m able to take here - please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions/concerns and our team would be happy to assist.

This was fixed on my end last night and then it popped back up right now.
A bug with the Ionic icons.
I’m seriously thinking of replacing all these icons with my own svg’s.

It happened, then got fixed then happen again and again.
When will they fix this!? It really affects how people are using all the apps.
