Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to integrate OpenAI’s ChatCompletion API into my Bubble app, but I’m running into a frustrating issue. My account now only generates project keys (those starting with “sk-proj-…”) instead of the classic personal keys (sk-…). Every time I set up the API call in Bubble’s API Connector, I get a 401 error stating “Incorrect API key provided.”

I’ve tried creating a new personal account with a different email, but it still forces me to use project keys. Has anyone experienced this issue? Are there any known workarounds or settings to enable the traditional key format?

If you’ve managed to integrate OpenAI with Bubble despite the project key limitation or have found a way to use these keys successfully, I’d really appreciate any advice or tips. Alternatively, if you switched to another API like Anthropic’s Claude and had a smoother experience, I’d love to hear about that too.
