JavaScript to draw bounding boxes in Map element

I’m trying to draw bounding boxes on a Google Map element, based on the coordinates user enters. For this, I wrote a javascript. Although there is no error. It doesn’t draw any bounding boxes.
Here is the code for the function I’m defining in an HTML element.
