i can help you with the Application app.
i work with a team of bubble developers we can achieve that with your stipulated time.
our approach will be to

  1. create application form for users which may also sever as their profile.
  2. group applicants by job description( will create a tag system to make matching easier and effective). and matched with jobs.
  3. create a data base for applicants present at the event on the admin dash board. When applicant ID is added to the data base custom workflow will be triggered then job matches and application will be made available to users.
  4. The third party app’s API will be used to trigger event workflow from bubble app. by allowing applicants to join a virtual queue with a one time button click.
  5. An admin dashboard will be created where the admins can upload, edit, add and reset jobs. Also, manually assign jobs to candidates if needed.
    This approach is a dummy one, it is open to adjustment and we can always design a custom one after a meeting with us.
