Join the Q1 Launch Program: From idea to paying customers in 90 days

Hi everyone,

I’m Theo, a partnerships manager at Bubble. Over the past year, I’ve had the chance to talk with hundreds of builders‌ — ‌some just starting out, others deep in the trenches of their second or third attempt at launching something. And I keep hearing variations of the same story: “I know what I want to build, I just can’t figure out how to get from here to actual customers.”

Maybe you’re staring at a blank canvas, unsure how to start bringing your vision to life. Maybe you’ve spent weeks prompting AI tools only to get stuck when you need to customize something specific. Or maybe you launched quietly, posted once or twice, and … crickets. If any of that sounds familiar, this post is for you.

Introducing “From Prototype to Profit”

We’re kicking off Bubble’s Q1 2026 Launch Program — ‌a 3-month, cohort-based journey open to anyone and designed to help you go from idea to revenue-generating product. This isn’t about building another prototype that sits in your projects folder. This is about shipping something real, getting it in front of customers, and making your first dollar.

The program runs from today (January 26) through the end of March, and we’re structuring it around the three phases that matter most when you’re trying to launch:

The three-month journey

January: Built to Last
We’re kicking things off by getting you inspired and connected. You’ll hear from real founders who’ve been exactly where you are‌ — ‌people who built successful businesses on Bubble and can share what actually worked (and what didn’t). You’ll also meet your cohort, the other builders who’ll be launching alongside you. There’s something powerful about knowing you’re not figuring this out alone.

We’re also running a “Build for Revenue” hackathon with Contra this week, with $10K in prizes and $100 in Bubble credits just for participating. It’s a great way to get momentum early.

February: Your New Build
This is where you validate your idea and build your MVP. We’ll give you proven frameworks for testing assumptions before you spend months building the wrong thing. You’ll get access to tools to help you figure out what to build and how to position it. The goal here isn’t perfection‌ — ‌it’s getting something working that you can actually put in front of people.

March: Your First Customers
Launch month. We’ll walk you through how to talk about what you’ve built, where to find your first customers, and how to get traction. If you’re accepted into Launch Lab (our storytelling and co-marketing program), we’ll work directly with you to amplify your launch and help you reach the right audience.

What you’ll get

Throughout the program, you’ll have access to a dedicated Slack community where you can connect with Bubble team members, experienced builders, and your cohort. We’ll be running live Friday Acceleration sessions to keep you on track and answer questions in real-time.

You’ll get educational resources that cover everything from validation to messaging to acquisition. And you’ll have the opportunity to apply for Launch Lab, where we’ll help you craft your story and promote your launch across our channels.

The January Contra hackathon is open to everyone, with $10K in prizes for the “Build for Revenue” theme and $100 in Bubble credits when you sign up. Even if you’re just getting started, it’s a great way to dive in with the community.

Let’s build together

So here’s what I want to know: What are you planning to build? What’s been holding you back from launching? What questions do you have about the program?

Drop a comment below. This forum is full of people who’ve been exactly where you are, and there’s probably someone here who can help with whatever you’re stuck on. That’s one of the best things about the Bubble community‌ — ‌we actually show up for each other.

If you’re ready to turn your idea into something real, sign up for the Q1 cohort here. (There’s no deadline to join, but the sooner you join, the sooner you can start building. You can also join our dedicated Slack community channel to tart connecting with other builders, and if you want to jump into the January action, sign up for the Contra hackathon (seriously, $100 in Bubble credits for free, just for participating).

This isn’t about building another prototype. It’s about building a real business‌ — with structure, support, and a community that’s got your back. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Let me know what questions you have. Looking forward to seeing what you build.

I like this idea. I see this a lot with my clients. That is why I encourage them to have a list of users ready to sign up before even creating their idea. The ones that do that, or already have a business running, have the most success. At least, that is from my experience.

I can only second what @J805 says; perhaps the most important part of my Bubble coaching is pushing founders and their apps to market sooner, actively advising against feature freaking and finesse.

Will deffo send this to post clients.

Best,
Peter

Awesome - thank you Peter!!

Hi, I just launched the Public Beta of a powerful API to generate complex PDF documents from Google Docs and Sheets.

If you can edit a Google Doc or Sheet, you can design a template. Your professional PDF is then just one simple API call away.

Niceee! will check it out

Hell Theo, would the winner be the one with most revenue?

@theo.goldberg how do you get the $100 credits?

@insalman360 the credits were for the participants of the hackathon. The event finished last week.

Hi Fede,

Just my feedback on this thing. Maybe you can relay the info to the good team member.

I was excited by the opportunity when I received Bubble’s email announcing the whole Q1 program. I signed up on Bubble’s special page. I participated on Contra. I guess I signed up everywhere possible.

Time has passed… And now here I am, I received no emails, no knowledge, no access to an event page or something, I am totally lost when using Contra I don’t understand a single thing to their UX.

I was expecting emails and other communication full of knowledge. But got nothing. The promise was to get a walked through experience through best-practices and “go to market knowledge”.

And BTW, I have no idea what, where and how to check for the 100$ credits prize. I participated on Contra but I am not even sure the participation got realy received by the jury.

Well, you got the point. Completely lost on this program, even through the idea is nice and my intent was to participate. The communication might not be on point. At least according to my experience.
I might not be the only one.
