Last Time you Used the Old Responsive Engine?

Client asked me to add a feature to a app built years ago on the Old Responsive Engine. At first I thought I’d need to rebuild it, then memory kicked in.

Move element position - X | Y Values
Increase space available - Increase Height and/or Width of element
Copy/Paste a new element onto canvas - X | Y Values are original element X | Y values +10px
Need to Hide an Element Conditionally - Not possible from design canvas, go to responsive canvas and setup some ‘hiding rules’
Want to make the width stretch to fit page width conditionally - Not possible

I use it every damned time Bubble created a new fixed container page.

Many months ago when I browsed to the 404 page to update the styling. It spooked me out so I quickly changed the page to column.

From time to time I see it in old apps or in pages that haven’t been updated to the new responsive engine. I know how to deal with it quite well but I prefer of course to upgrade the whole page to the new engine

This trips me up so much. In some of my apps when I create a new page it is by default Column (as it is supposed to be) but in some apps it is Fixed (which it is not supposed to be)…and everytime it is fixed, I’m thinking to myself, ‘why are these things not stacking?’
