Hi @fede.bubble — I submitted an application to Launch Lab 6 weeks ago and haven’t received any acknowledgement or response (not even an auto-response). Is this normal? Is there a way to confirm my application was received? I can’t find a direct contact for the program. Any help appreciated!
hey I don’t think they share “rejection emails” so you might still be in the queue, or not. I’ll ask the team to chime in
Thanks… I didn’t get an acknowledgement that it had been submitted, nor a rejection email. I also re-submitted, but again no acknowledgement. Hence why I am checking that there’s not a system error. Thanks
Hi there! Confirming Fede’s comment – you can expect to hear back from us within 2 weeks post-submission if we decide to move forward with your application. We review all applications on a rolling basis; the sooner you submit, the sooner we can make a call on your eligibility for Launch Lab.
