It’s not useful to have an immediate reply to a billing concern that does nothing but restate the problem and necessitate a second email to escalate the problem to a human.
The quick turnaround on support has been one of the best things about working with Bubble. I trust Bubble to get my emails to the right place and have someone reply within a day or two.
