Limit number of posts & follows per day

I have an app that is more or less a clone of Twitter or some micro-blogging platform. I was wondering if there was way to limit the number of posts or follows by a person per day?

You can add a search for posts:count or you can add a seperate table called count > value > number to avoid a search.

Good to know! And I assume you can set that for various time spans like daily, weekly, monthly, lifetime, etc.?
