Link preview of my website

Any idea how to change the preview picture of my website when I share my url on a social network (fb, slack, …) ? I get the following picture.

You can set your Global meta descriptions and open graph link images on the ‘SEO/metatags’ tab of your app settings, - but you also have page-level control, which over-rides any global settings. you can set the descriptions and thumbnail images for individual pages at the bottom of the properties editor for each page.
