List in a table and how to search in it?

Hello.
I’ve a table Page in which I’ve a field list which is a list of email.
I’ve a repeating group of type of content Page.
What I want…
I want to display in the RG the pages which contain in the “list” field the email of the current user.
Does someone have a clear explanation how to use “contains” and list fields…
