Lock Slide bar Menu when clicked

Hi all,

I’m a new member of Bubble and would like to know if there’s a way to lock the slide bar menu when it’s selected, so the user will not have to click every time he/she wants to pick an option.

I’m looking for something like: slide bar will disappear only when user clicks somewhere out, similar to pop ups. Now it’s disappearing when user clicks over an option…

Welcome to Bubble & the forum!

I don’t think there’s a way to lock that slideable menu plugin, but you can create this functionality with a Group Focus element. That element specifically works in the way you described - click anywhere outside and it will close.

You’d have to have an icon to trigger showing the Group Focus and put all your menu items inside with the appropriate workflows.
