Logging In Issues on Live App

Hi guys, I have some crazy, real issues with the live bubble app I deployed.
Users that signed up on the 2nd of April this month can’t login to their accounts, which is a troubling thing on my mind now. And they can’t reset their password either, and I don’t know why!
I currently want to focus on three major issues, which are:

Problems:

  1. Users who signed up April 4th are missing from admin panel
  2. I’m getting reports of users not being able to login and password resets not working.
  3. Yesterday, 2 people joined and only 1 Stripe subscriptions was created.

Pls anyone have an idea why this is coming up, pls!

You’re probably doing something wrong but without the details there’s no way to help.

I filed a bug report with Bubble already, but I am still awaiting their response.
