I just switched to agency acount. Every time I try to open any of my apps, a popup asks for my login credentials. Even though I enter the correct details, nothing happens,.
Has anyone a solution for this problem ?

That might be the page security credentials.
Go to the settings on your app and find the credentials for the app there.
The agency account enforces a lock on the app’s pages in runmode - so you can’t truly publish an app on the agency account unless you transfer it to a client’s paid account.
