Login Page - Cannot Find User On Live Deployment

Hello, when I try to login with a user on the live version, it says "Sorry, we could not find a user with email " when I do it on the test version, it’s working perfectly. I’m not sure what to do… the website is https://goodborrow.com

The development and live versions both have separate databases. You need to create a new user in the live version.

Oooooh I see, is there a way to do this from the backend, so that I don’t have to go through the loan form to create an admin account? Right now the only way to create an account on the site is to go through a loan approval form.

You can copy your database from development to live. Just be careful that you don’t rewrite something on accident. As long as you don’t have other users right now it should be fine.

If you go to

Data > App Data > Copy and restore database (Red letters toward the top right) > Copy development data into the live database > Choose your data type to copy (User) > Confirm by typing in COPY FROM DEVELOPMENT TO LIVE > Click Confirm

I have had issues sporadically today and last week with logging in to live sites. I have contacted bubble about this. I just deleted a user from live database and it would’t let me recreate it saying it already exists.

Anyone else notice issues? might be related to the database work they are doing
