Login when user is active condition not working

I am trying to login a user based on below condition. But not working as expected. Can anyone help on this?

The condition should work. The event will not trigger when the current user”s field name 09active status (text? … option set display?) is not Active.

What tells you that it does not work?

There are two options “Active” or “In-Active”. It is not Text. When the user tries to login when in “Active” mode, workflow is not navigating to the home page.

There is no action shown in the workflow to do that navigation that you kindly describe.

Consider adding the action “go to page”
