Looking for a freelancer for EZ delivery App

hey I am using the EZ Delivery template I need help making it live

I need a freelancer to

  1. stores can’t add their items so someone to fix that
    2)there isn’t a payment system set up so set that up (collect payment from users and send a payout to the merchants
    3)Creat a notification system for stores and couriers to be notified when an order comes in
    4)create a way for users to save their method of payment

Please reply with a price I’m on a time crunch so just tell me if you can do it and how much it will cost
