Looking for Bubble Dev for Long-Term Project

Looking for a Bubble Developer that would like to work on a long-term project. I have built apps in Bubble before and have extensive experience as a Product Manager. I am building an application for the healthcare space.

Job Description

-Database Schema and Page Structure will be provided
-Will use 3-5 API’s, including SendGrid and Stripe
-Largely a CRUD app with many Repeating Groups
-You will be able to pick your working hours
-Instructions will be provided via Loom videos (no set meetings)

Requirements

-No Agencies - this role is for a Bubble Developer looking for a long-term job
-Good English-speaker
-Must have built a reasonably complex app in Bubble before and be able to explain what you built in a Loom video
-Understand API’s
-Adequate design skills
-Maintain clear documentation in Miro
-Strong design skills
-Solid understanding of UX
-Efficient with time

Budget/Compensation

-Compensation will be milestone-based
-Milestone compensation will be calculated targeting $17 per hour to start with periodic raises
-Project to last 2,000 hours total
-Temp-to-Hire: First 90 days will be temporary employment. Long-term decision made after 90 days

Well, at least you didn’t say Expert and Certified Bubble Developer. So that’s good. You might get someone from a country where $17 is considered a lot of money. Hope you can find someone, it’s just not likely they will have that much experience.

Could you share some details about the project? The estimated $34,000 cost ($17x2,000) might be higher than it should cost. You may find paying an expert $100-$150/hour cheaper overall as they might get it done in just 200 - 300 hours.
