Looking for builder to make an Email Drag & Drop builder

Hi,

I am looking for a developer who can assist in building a plugin using the following open-source library: GitHub - usewaypoint/email-builder-js: A free and open-source block-based email template builder..

The plugin would be able to:

Display drag & drop builder
Load a configuration (JSON of the email blocks)
Export as HTML
Export as JSON
