Lost few clients recently (Europe)

Hey guys - I am a programmer from Europe who is running a small dev agency, and in the last few months we lost two of our clients - first one is on hold until March, the other one gave up working on the project. We don’t have anything new in the pipeline, since all of our clients came in from referrals / recommendations.

Here are some details:

  • I’ve worked as a programmer for 5 years

  • We have multiple successful Bubble projects under our belt

  • We worked with German e-commerce brands in the past, so we have experience with marketing as well - paid ads, SEO, positioning etc.

  • We have experience with building ecomm stores
