Hi everyone,
I’ve run into a bit of a snag and was wondering if anyone has faced something similar. I was working on my Bubble app using the BuildPrint template. Unfortunately, I mistakenly transferred full ownership (master permissions) to the template itself, and now I no longer have control over my own app.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to regain master ownership, either through Bubble support or a specific process? Any advice or steps I could take to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

You can’t lose access by using a template. And even if you gave contributor access to another developer you wouldn’t lose access because somebody has to transfer ownership, which you likely didn’t do.

As I said multiple times in the email replies to your support requests, please contact Bubble support and they can reallocate app ownership @ Home | Bubble Support Center
We don’t log in to connect@getbuildprints.com as a data privacy measure.
Buildprint cannot update app collaborators, which means you removed yourself or transferred it to Buildprint erroneously. Alternatively, you’re logged into a different Bubble account and cannot see the app.
You can provide Bubble with the app ID you are looking to recover.
