Magic login link doesn't work for specific email addresses

Hi,

I’ve build a magic link login workflow and for my @hotmail.com email address the magic link expires directly after opening it.

and then proceeds to give me the browsers alert: “This link is expired or has already been used. Please request another.”

The strange thing is that it works perfectly fine for my non hotmail.com email addresses.

It seems like the exact same problem as described here: Magic link is not working (immediately expired)

(I’m using Postmark to send emails)

Not all that uncommon…

it sounds like Hotmail is scanning the link which makes it show as already used.

This has I believe, if I remember correctly somewhere from all the hundreds of forum posts I’ve researched already been talked about.

You could add a CAPTCHA or a 2 step verification process.
