Make changes to a thing help

I changed an inputs think to the wrong thing - how can i change this again?
Any ideas?
I have attached an image showing the problem.

Double click the element and its properties editor will show. You can make the change there

I did that and clicked the wrong “Thing”
It wont let me change that now.
