I’m having a problem with conditioning workflows.
The workflow must include an item in a database list if the item is not already there, for this I created a custom state Yes/No.
But you should only do this if the conditional of a custom state is YES, but it’s running the workflow even before the custom state, even when I pre-set the state to NO
I’ve seen some posts about the bubble running all workflows at the same time, but I don’t understand why it’s not respecting the conditional even when custom state it’s pre-set to NO
Has anyone ever experienced this?
