Make Changes to X is not a possible option

Hello, So I am currently working on a CAD/MDT system just testing it out to get a feel for bubbles inter-working. I have an issue that prevents me from deploying “Make changes to civilian is not a possible option” The deployed version is the exact same as the dev version but it refuses to allow me to deploy. Is there any way to just tell it to ignore the “issue”? Thanks in advance!

I did look for other threads with this issue but couldn’t seem to find any.

No there is not, but click the issue raised by the Issue Checker and that will take you to exactly where your problem is. If, upon examining it, it’s not obvious what your problem is, post an image here.
