Making mobile version of my page

Hey guys,
I was originally assuming that the design would be responsive itself and adjusting itself to my mobile phone’s screen resolution etc.

How can I make a mobile version of my site so that mobile visitors will see it adjusting to their phone screens (the height mainly)?
